Palazzo Brancaccio is the last Roman patrician palace built in 1880 by Prince Salvatore Brancaccio, a member of one of the oldest and most illustrious families of the Neapolitan patriciate, and his wife Mary Elisabeth Field, a wealthy American heiress.
