Our contract
When you register to DynaMIC23 conference, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your registration containing the details of your registration. Your registration represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we have accepted your registration (the "Registration Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Registration Confirmation E-mail to you. Any items which were within your original offer (registration) which we have not confirmed in a Registration Confirmation E-mail do not form part of that contract.
Cancellation policy
Written cancellations will be refunded according to the receipt of the cancellation claim in the following dates.

Extra charges
Additional cost of 50 € for extra administrative document will be sum up to the registration fee of the participant.

The user who registers, consigning their personal data in the registration form, upon acceptance of our Privacy Policy, and before formalize a purchase, accepts our General Conditions of Registration.
To access and use the online shopping service, you must have reached the age of majority set by the current Spanish Law.
2. Purpose, language and geographical scope.
a. PurposeThrough this electronic procedure, any user previously registered in this online shopping site, can register in any event or conference exposed in it, which entails the right of attendance and participation to the selected event in exchange for a certain price and publicly exposed through the website, all regulated by each and every one of the points set herein General Conditions of Registration.
b. LanguageYou can access our online shopping site, the Policy Privacy, the General Registration Conditions and perform any management, in the English language.
ii. The details of the event or conference will be in English
iii. Proof of payment and the bill will be in English.
iv. Any communication with the buyer is conducted in English.

We provide in each event or conference additional information, available when clicking on the name of it, where you will find the following:

4. Formalizing registration
a. Registration Procedurei. To perform contracts on this site, it is imperative become a registered user of our system. If you have not done this already, you can do so in the Account Login section.
ii. Your user registration implies acceptance of our Privacy Policy.
iii. The username and password chosen by you are private and confidential, and you agree to make diligent use of them, not make them available to third parties and to communicate the loss or theft same or possible access by unauthorized third parties, so that we can proceed to immediate blocking.
iv. The user can not choose as username rude words, insulting and, in general terms, contrary to law or the requirements of morality and decency. It is only allowed as user, an email address.
v. Once created the registered user account, you will receive a Welcome email and another registration confirmation, which must be accepted to confirm your identity by clicking on the confirmation link received.

ii. Through a series of emails you will receive PASSWORD change confirmation.
This site only supports registration and shopping formalization in English.
d. Hiring processi. You should be identified as a registered user by option Account Login, where you can enter your username and password.
ii. Once confirmed the identity of the user, you can select all events or conferences you wish to attend in the purchase area by adding to the cart or basket.
iii. After selecting all the desirable products, you must access the cart or Shopping Cart, where you can see the list of selected products, price and a breakdown of the fees, taxes and expenses applicable. At this point you can print the summary of your order.
iv. To proceed with the execution of the purchase and make payment, it is mandatory to accept the Registration Terms and Conditions. The next step is to select the payment method and proceed to the purchase formalization. It is important to know that at this point, purchase is irreversible and will be considered formalized. In case of payment by transfer it shall not be considered formalized until receipt and verification of the bank transaction.
i. After placing the order, the user receives:
1. In case of transfer, an invoice proforma with the amounts and data bank for the transaction.
2. If PAY PAL, after our systems checks that cash payment has been made, the user receives a buy confirmation email, after which you can download the invoice in the private section of your account.
5. Economic conditions
a. Pricesi. All prices are without taxes (VAT Tax Value Added) because our activity is exempt, under Art. 20.1 and 20.3 of Law 37/1992 of 28 December, on VAT.
b. Changing pricesi. The seller reserves the right to change prices, which will be immediately updated on the web.
ii. Those orders already processed before the price changes, respect the prevailing rate at the time the order is placed.
iii. The lists stored in the Shopping Cart or Cart, will not be considered binding to the formalization of the purchase payment, so that will apply the prices prevailing at the time of the formalization of the purchase.
i. If you have a discount code, you can include it just before the Order confirmation.
ii. Such codes are generated and unique discounts granted and solely at the discretion of the seller.
i. All buy involves the issuance of an invoice in accordance with Spanish applicable legislation.
ii. Invoice can be downloaded in the private section of your account after receive a confirmation of purchase email and have checked the formalization of payment.
i. Payment via PayPal*.
ii. Payment by bank transfer*.
*Both payment methods have associated expenses that will be reflected in the invoice.
f. Transaction securityi. Access to transactional pages is made in the secure environment of Pay Pal.
ii. In case of bank transaction, the user does not require to indicate any bank information on our website.
The indicated price is exempt from Value Added Tax (VAT), pursuant to Art. 20.1 and 20.3 of Law 37/1992 of 28 December, Tax value added of the Spanish legislation.
h. General conditions relating to foreign currency transactions
All prices are based on currency rates of exchange in effect at the time of registration opening. All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation, fuel prices and/or unforeseen economic circumstances. In the case of human or computer error Fundació Scito reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service.
6. Availability
a. Availabilityi. Most of our events have limited places and it shown in the registration area. Once this limit is reached, registration closes for the event / conference.
7. Withdrawal and Returns
a. Right of withdrawal and deadlinesi. You are entitled to withdraw from your purchase within 14 natural days without justification, as long as the date does not exceed 60 calendar days from the date of the congress.
ii. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the date of customer delivery.
iii. To withdraw, simply communicate Fundació Scito this right before the expiration of the deadline.
i. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify its decision to cancel the purchase through an unequivocal statement calling telephone number +34 963 257 160, where we will indicate the steps.
ii. If you wish, you can also send the Withdrawal model form.
iii. In case of choosing the option of sending the withdrawal form, once received you will be sent to your email immediate notification with some instructions.
i. Economic return and withdrawal costs
ii. We will make the payment within a period of 14 calendar days from exercising their right of withdrawal and using the same means of payment used by the purchaser in the initial transaction, and will not incur in any costs as a result of the reimbursement.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
a. Right of withdrawal and deadlinesAll processes of treatment and data storage from the buyer and / or the user registered are governed by our Privacy Policy.

2. Being a public event, you can take pictures and / or video recordings to be used then promote the event and nanoGe.
Fundació Scito is responsible for data processing of the interested party and informs that your data will be processed by a legitimate interest of the Responsible, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), and Law (ES) 1/1982 on civil protection, right to honour, personal and family privacy and self-image, therefore, the following information on the treatment is provided:
End of treatment. Recording of images and videos of activities and public events to publicize the activities and events promoted by Fundació Scito to publish them in media and social communication networks of its own or of third parties. In no case will the name of the Interested Party be published.
Data retention criteria. Data will be kept if they are necessary to meet the indicated purposes and comply with the corresponding legal obligations, unless previously the consent has been revoked by the interested party. When it is no longer necessary for this purpose, data will be deleted with adequate security measures.
Communication of data. The images will be transmitted to be published in the different networks and social media that the Responsible deems as appropriate.
Rights that assist the Interested Party. Right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of their data and the limitation or opposition to its treatment.
Right to file a claim with the Supervisory Authority (www.aepd.es) if it is considered that the treatment does not comply with current regulations.

10. Jurisdiction, applicable law and settlement system conflicts
a. These General Terms of Membership shall be governed by the provisions of Spanish law.
b. The parties submit, at its option, to resolve conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, the court and courts of your domicile
