The conference will be held at Pavía, a beautiful city located in the Lombardy Region and bordered by the Ticino river.

Although it was originally founded in Roman Times, it period of maximum splendour was the Middle Ages. The centre's maze of narrow streets, ancient churches, medieval towers and elegant buildings are a remnant of this age.
