Safety is a core value at nanoGe. With that purpose in mind, nanoGe is taking proactive steps to minimize the exposure to COVID-19 of our participants and staff during our Conferences.
The current policies are noted below but we will continue to evaluate the situation and adjust in accordance with local and governmental recommendations.
- Check with your embassies the requirements for a safe travel and safe return.
- Provide emergency contact information to nanoGe if it’s necessary, we'll provide with a document which needs to be signed and returned.
- Do not travel if you are ill or not feeling well.
Please, note that people entering Spain from other countries, including international transits, must complete the Health Control Form and obtain their QR to present at boarding and health controls on arrival in Spain.

- Contact a local emergency room or urgent care center for instructions.
nanoGe will continue to work with the venue and local jurisdictions and will make modifications to ensure the health and well-being of all attendees.
- Facial Masks will be recommended during the conference but not mandatory.
- Practice good hygiene by washing your hands frequently or using sanitizing stations that will be located throughout venue
- Counters, laptops, printers, tables, chairs, handrails, doorknobs, furniture/equipment/areas with high traffic will be wiped down with antiviral and antibacterial agents frequently throughout the day throughout the meeting space.
The measures taken by nanoGe will be adapted acording to the restrictions by the country or community at the time
