Research and Application on Stability and Non-toxicity of Halide Perovskite Materials and Its Fluorescence Properties
Abstract
In recent years, halide perovskites have become promising photovoltaics due to their attractive optical and electrical properties (such as high quantum yield, narrow emission spectrum, tunable fluorescence emission). And it has been widely used in solar cells, light-emitting diodes, photodetectors, lasers, etc. However, the poor stability of halide perovskites in water or polar solvents and lead toxicity are still key issues hindering its application. Here, stable and nontoxic halide perovskite materials were synthesized by microwave-assisted, mechanochemical, and hydrothermal methods. Thanks to the formed perovskite complexes and heterojunctions, its photostability, thermal stability, and stability in water have been improved to varying degrees. After 25 hours, LEDs may retain around 86 % of their initial light intensity. In addition, the non-toxic perovskite synthesized by ion replacement realizes switchable fluorescence by doping Mn2+, and finally realizes the application in the field of information transmission.
