The modularization of perovskite solar cell (PSC) poses a significant challenge for commercialization. Laser scribing, particularly in the formation of interconnection lines denoted as P1, P2, and P3, is a crucial process in the modularization. In PSC module, while vertical electron movement is desirable, the structural emergence of electric field bending between P1 and P2 lines detrimentally impacts the long-term stability and J-V characteristics of PSC. In this study, we introduced a novel p0 in the electric field, enabling the adjustment of the electric field curvature to a vertical orientation resulting in enhanced stability of PSC module. The modularization of perovskite solar cell (PSC) poses a significant challenge for commercialization. I would like to thank Professor Ji-youn Seo for leading the research well and Gyeong-Ho Jeong for giving me a lot of advice.
