The biggest challenge for wide bandgap perovskite solar cells (PSC) is to reduce nonradiative recombination to generate high open-circuit voltages. We exceed Voc of 1.35 V by optimization of the electron transport layer via the use of different fullerenes and fullerene blends. We show that a good interface and improved energy level alignment can increase the power conversion efficiency up to 18.9%.
