The solar energy has been studied as infinite energy sources for sustainable development. In particular, solar cells are a core-technology that converts renewable energy into electricity. Recently, many researchers focused on semi-transparent organic solar cells(ST-OSCs) having potential for applications, such as building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPVs). Organic solar cells (OSCs) are suitable for transparent solar cells, because organic materials are possible to introduced thinly. In order for ST-OSCs to achieve high transparency, it have to be running as thin as possible. While, it increases resistance and decreases conductivity. For preventing the performance decreases, the boost technique of high optoelectronic properties is needed. In this study, we fabricated ST-OSCs with introducing light amplifying layers offered positive effect improved light efficiency. As a result, both of transmittance and performance of OSCs have be enhanced.
