At Kanagawa Institute of Industrial Science and Technology (KISTEC) are continuing researching to establish a stable measuring method for evaluating a Photovoltaic cells made by other research institutes. We have been aiming for highly reproducible measurements by producing 12 channels source meter, low reflection mask for power generating area regulation, low reflection cell holder and other items. Among them, we consider the atmosphere control test chamber to be an effective device for solar cell development. Although Perovskite solar cells are expected as high performance next-generation solar cells with a highly photoelectric conversion performance, their photoelectric conversion behavior are unclear in many points, and measurement methods have not yet been established. Especially, hysteresis during I-V measurement and performance degradation with time are very important problems. It also became clear that the photoelectric conversion behavior reverses over time. In this study, we have proposed the evaluating methods for Perovskite solar cell, and reported the generating behavior under controlled atmosphere.
