All participants, speakers, students and sponsors must respect at all time the following code of conduct:

We do not allow discriminatory language at any time regardless of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion or lack thereof.

We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form.

Harassment includes:

• Comments and expressions that discriminate against participants
• Harassing photography or recording
• Offensive images in public spaces
• Intimidation, stalking, or following
• Inappropriate physical contact

Conference participants breaking these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund.

Reporting

If you are a victim of any of these types of harassment or you are aware of any situation of harassment report it as soon as possible.
